What ColdTimer collects

ColdTimer stores your session data (duration, temperature, notes) locally on your device. We do not send this data to any server.

If you sign up for the waitlist on our website, we collect your email address. That's it.

Data storage

All your cold exposure sessions, protocol settings, and progress data are stored on your device only. We cannot access it. If you delete the app, the data is gone.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (like which features are used most) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Period.

Waitlist emails

If you join the waitlist, we use your email only to notify you when ColdTimer launches. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Children

ColdTimer is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. No surprises.
